Validity

The user is informed by this data protection policy about kind, range and purpose of the collection and processing and use of personal data in this website. The legal bases are contained in the Austrian Telecommunication Act (TKG) and the Data Protection Act (DSG).

Access data / server log files

Praher Plastics Austria GmbH (or our web space provider) records data about visiting users having access to the offer (so-called server log files). Access data include: name of the website, file, date and time of visit, volume of the data transmitted, notification of successful request, web browser including version, operating system of the visitor, referrer URL (the pages visited previously), IP- address and the requesting provider.
We only use the protocol data for statistical evaluations for the purpose of operations, safety and optimization of the offer. However, we reserve the right to subsequently review the log data if there is justified suspicion based on concrete evidence that there is illegal use of the service offered.

General information

Personal related data will only be stored by us just in case you give us the information voluntarily, e.g. when you contact us or you register for receiving our newsletter. Please take for granted that any data you transfer is absolutely safe and we will exclusively use it for the particular purpose you provided it when contacting us. The notification of this data is exclusively on a voluntary basis and with your consent. As far as this data refers to communication channels (e.g. email address, phone number) you give your consent that we may contact you via this communication channel to reply to your requests, if necessary. You may of course withdraw your consent at any time in the future.

No data transfer to third parties

We will uphold the confidentiality of your data and no transfer to third parties will take place except we are bound by law to do so. The Data Privacy Regulation ensures that all standards of this regulation are kept. In case external service providers get access to your data we guarantee regular checks, as well as legal, technical and organisational measures to avoid any abuse.

Comments and posts

The IP addresses are stored of those users that post comments in the blog or share other postings. This happens to protect the provider, in case someone publishes illegal contents in comments and posts (insults, illegal political propaganda, and so on). Plastics Austria GmbH would in such a case be made responsible and be prosecuted for the comment or post and therefore we are interested in the identity of author.

Newsletter

The newsletter provides information regarding our offers. If you are interested in receiving the newsletter we require your valid email address as well as some information which allows us to do a crosscheck that you are the proprietor of the announced email address and that you wish to receive the newsletter. We do not require any further data.No third party will have access to this data which we need to send the newsletter. When you subscribe to receive the newsletter, we store your IP-address and the date of your subscription. The storing of data only serves as a proof in case a third party is abusing an email address in order to subscribe for this newsletter without the consent of the beneficiary.

You can withdraw your consent to store the data, the email address and its use to send the newsletter at any time. You can do so with a link in the newspaper or sending an email to us office@praherplastics.com.

Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service of the Google Inc. Our internet team does its best to provide the best possible access to their online offers, based on the guidelines WCAG 2.0 AA des WAI / W3C.
Our aim is also to improve continuously the access of PDF files. Unfortunately, no entire access can be guaranteed due to the current available facilities. Please, do inform us if you have any trouble. We are happy to prepare and change older documents in PDF format if you require that.
